I have introduced many of the Interact CD’s into the music curriculum and have adapted them to meet the needs of our children where applicable.

The Space CD was used in year 5 and approached through the children’s ICT skills, using software they were familiar with.  That gave them more control over their group work.

I also adapted ‘Marching Music’ for a child who was autistic, by colour coding the notes to match the keyboard, therefore creating independence for them.

We used this module to link with our History ` war and soldiers` e.g. The Romans, The Vikings, and Greeks.

Interact is a very flexible scheme which can be fitted around the needs of your school.
